1. Return Request Period
If you wish to raise a return or complaint, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or tampered product:
You must provide:
A full unboxing video showing the parcel from the moment it is opened
Clear proof of the damage
Unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Once verified, we will:
✔ Replace the product
or
✔ Issue a refund (as applicable)
3. Missing Item Policy
If any item is missing from your order:
You must share an unboxing video showing the remaining items
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
If the missing product is verified, we will provide:
✔ A replacement
or
✔ A refund for the missing item
4. Wrong Product Ordered (Customer Error)
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it:
All return & replacement shipping charges must be paid by the customer
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Contact support for the process.
5. Custom-Printed / Personalized Products
(Only applicable if Healio introduces custom SKUs in future)
Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled, as they cannot be resold.
If a courier fails to deliver, we will reattempt via another courier.
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Courier Delays
If a courier delays delivery beyond expected timelines:
Healio Pharma will assist by raising issues with the courier
Long delays (15+ days) must be reported to us by the customer
Extreme delays are handled case-by-case
We cannot accept returns or complaints if the customer does not report delays on time.
7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
a) Damaged or Defective Product
Upon verification through the unboxing video.
b) Missing Items
If we cannot send the missing item.
c) Incorrect Product Sent by Healio
We will cover the return shipping cost.
8. Conditions for Return / Refund
Your product must be:
Unused
Unopened
Undamaged
In original packaging, including:
Labels
Seals
Accessories
Invoice
Refunds are only processed once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
9. Return Shipping Costs
If the mistake is ours (damaged/incorrect item):
✔ Healio covers the shipping cost
If the mistake is customer side (wrong item ordered, change of mind):
✔ Customer pays full return shipping charges
We recommend using a courier with tracking.
10. Parcel Rejection / Non-Acceptance Policy
If a customer refuses, rejects, or denies delivery after dispatch:
The following deductions will apply:
2x shipping charges (forward + return shipping)
10% packing & handling fee
These will be deducted from the refund amount.
11. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received & inspected:
Refunds are processed within 7 working days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
12. Not as Expected / Product Mismatch
If the item received is not as expected:
You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Our support team will review your case and decide accordingly.
